Abstract

The outcome of the quality of care depends on the model of nursing care used. Nursing care models organize the delivery of nursing care with adequate consideration of the safety of the patients, the satisfaction of the patients, and the clinical effectiveness. The nursing care models under consideration include patient-centred care, case management, primary nursing, and evidence-based practice.
