The use of the control charts to control the dimensions of the brick unite

Abstract

In this study control charts were plotted to control the accuracy of the brick dimensions in Al-Qadissiyah factory in Iraq. Two types of charts were used, mean and standard deviation charts. The upper and the lower limits of each brick dimension were plotted. Any test results out of these limits indicates that the efficiency of this factory changes and the reasons have to be investigated and corrected.
